A man was rescued Monday by L.A. County firefighters after he fell an estimated 150 feet down a cliff in Topanga.
The call about the injured man near the intersection of Callon Drive and Sylvania Lane came in about 1:05 p.m., said Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Ed Pickett.
The man was airlifted off the cliff and transported to a hospital in critical condition, Pickett said.
It was unclear how the man fell, Pickett said. The scene was cleared by 2:40 p.m., he said.
