A pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle in South Los Angeles was publicly identified Sunday.
Los Angeles resident Ora Burdette was 72-years-old, according to the coroner’s office.
The crash occurred at about 9:20 p.m. Thursday at 11220 S. Figueroa St., near 112th Street, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Burdette was pronounced dead at the scene.
