The California Highway Patrol Saturday issued a Silver Alert urging the public to help locate a missing 85-year-old woman from the Mount Washington area of Los Angeles.
Luitgard Huber was last seen about 9 p.m. Friday around San Rafael Avenue and Rome Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
She is described as white, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes, believed wearing a light blue skirt and blue-and-white blouse with flowers.
Huber was believed to be on foot, authorities said.
Anyone who sees her was asked to call 911.
A Silver Alert is activated by the CHP when an elderly, developmentally, or cognitively-impaired person has gone missing and is determined to be at-risk.
