The California Highway Patrol has issued a Feather Alert to help authorities locate a 14-year-old indigenous child who went missing from San Pedro.
Anthony Myron was last seen around noon Saturday near 16th Street and South Pacific Avenue, according to the CHP, and is believed to be on foot.
Anthony is described as 5-feet-6 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray tank top, gray/blue pajama pants, and no shoes.
Anyone who has seen Anthony was asked to call 911.
Feather Alerts began about a year ago to help law enforcement agencies locate missing indigenous people whose disappearance is considered suspicious and who might be in danger.
