Authorities Wednesday identified a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash in an unincorporated area near Whittier.
California Highway Patrol officers sent to Mills Street and Reis Avenue at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday found the motorcyclist lying on the roadway, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.
Anthony Quinones, 24, of Hesperia in San Bernardino County, died at the scene, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner reported.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
