The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose 1 cent Tuesday to $4.611, a day after it was unchanged. It has increased 10 of the past 11 days.

The average price is 2.8 cents more than one week ago, unchanged from one month ago and $1.182 less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has dropped $1.883 since rising to a record $6.494 on Oct. 5, 2022.

The Orange County average price rose 1.1 cents to $4.552, a day after rising seven-tenths of a cent. It is 2.2 cents more than one week ago, 1.5 cents more than one month ago and $1.052 less than one year ago. The Orange County average price has dropped $1.907 since rising to a record $6.459 on Oct. 5, 2022.

The national average price was unchanged at $3.203, a day after rising two-tenths of a cent.

It is 2.2 cents more than one week ago, but six-tenths of a cent less than one month ago and 39.8 cents less than one year ago. The national average price has dropped $1.813 since rising to a record $5.016 on June 14, 2022.
