The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Thursday sought the public’s help in identifying a patient hospitalized at one of its facilities.
The woman, who has been at the Los Angeles General Medical Center since Saturday, was found near Echo Park Lake, adjacent to Logan Street and Park Avenue, according to a county news statement.
She was described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall White woman, approximately 40 years old, weighing 139 pounds with gray hair and light-blue eyes.
Anyone with information about the woman was urged to call the Los Angeles General Medical Center Department of Social Work at 323-409-5253, or after hours at 323-409-6883 and on weekends at 323-409-5254.
