A woman suffered minor injuries while tripping and falling in evacuating the home in the 36000 block of Caspian Sea Drive, said Capt. Steve Concialdi of the Orange County Fire Authority.
Paramedics rushed her to an area hospital, where she was treated for minor injuries and released.
Firefighters were dispatched at 3:45 a.m. to the fire, and had it out within 20 minutes of their arrival, he said.
