A field of approximately 13,000 runners has registered for Sunday’s second annual Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon which will be run through the Disneyland Resort and surrounding areas.
The 13.1-mile course begins on Disneyland Drive, passes Downtown Disney and goes through Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland.
The race will begin at 5:30 a.m.
Runners will pass the Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove and The Outlets at Orange shopping center in Orange and run through Angel Stadium. The course will pass Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel and conclude near the Disneyland Hotel.
