Two of three suspects arrested by Irvine Police on suspicion of illegal drug possession and mail-thefts have been released from custody, and one of them was headed to court Tuesday for his arraignment, authorities said.
Biancha Martinez, 24, of Riverside, parolee Dustin Robinson, 25, of Riverside, and parolee Christopher Daniel Walker, 26, of Perris were jailed Sunday morning for the alleged offenses after a civilian reported seeing possible drug activity in a vehicle parked outside a fast food restaurant on Main Street, according to Irvine police.
Irvine officers responded and found the three suspects inside a gold Mercedes-Benz, which was determined to be an unreported stolen vehicle from Riverside County, police said.
Each suspect was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and mail stolen from numerous victims in Anaheim, police said.
Martinez was released about 5:20 a.m. Monday and Robinson about two hours later, according to Orange County jail records. Walker remained in custody in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Robinson and Martinez are scheduled to go to court on May 16. But Walker is due in Central Jail court Tuesday for his arraignment.
