Nearly a dozen vehicles were damaged Tuesday morning when fire engulfed a carport at an Anaheim apartment complex, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 2:09 a.m. at 2020 West Alameda Avenue, Anaheim Police Sgt. Daron White said.
Three vehicles were involved in flames and eight other vehicles sustained “significant heat and smoke damage,” Wyatt said.
It took up to 30 firefighters from Anaheim, Fullerton and the Orange County Fire Authority about a half hour to put out the flames, he said.
The cause of the blaze was under investigation and no one was injured, Wyatt said.
