A 22-year-old Santa Ana man was behind bars Monday on suspicion of using a smartphone camera to record a woman using a convenience store bathroom in Westminster, police said.
Police were called about 7:40 p.m. Sunday on a report of a woman alleging a phone camera was used to record her as she used the bathroom in a 7- Eleven at 8491 Westminster Ave.
Pablo Eduardo Nava Diaz was booked into the Orange County Jail, with bail set at $2,500, according to jail records.
