
A 16-year-old girl who went missing after jumping out of a social worker’s car in Santa Ana has been found, police said Wednesday.
The teen, who was being driven to Los Angeles County when she fled on Tuesday, was last seen in the 500 block of North Main Street, according to Santa Ana police.
Police circulated her photo and sought public help to find the girl, who they said was a victim of human trafficking.
Santa Ana police announced Wednesday that she has been found and was released to the custody of Los Angeles County social workers. Other details were not released.
