A fire damaged a restaurant in a strip mall in the Placentia area Wednesday, but no one was hurt.
The fire at a Rubio’s Coastal Grill at Yorba Linda Boulevard and Bradford Avenue was reported about 6:50 a.m. and was quickly extinguished, said Capt. Larry Kurtz of the Orange County Fire Authority.
Traffic was routed away from the area so crews could stage at the fire scene.
Firefighters from the OCFA, and the Anaheim, Fullerton and Brea fire departments worked to extinguish the flames.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
