A 35-year-old man pleaded guilty and immediately was sentenced to 10 years in prison Friday for videotaping his friends sexually assaulting an unconscious woman he knew in Anaheim.

Alann Carlo Estigoy pleaded guilty to two counts of oral copulation of an unconscious person, according to court records. Multiple other felony and misdemeanor sex counts were dismissed as part of the plea deal with prosecutors, according to Deputy District Attorney Rick Zimmer.

Estigoy was ordered to register as a sex offender.

He has about two years of credit so far behind bars, Zimmer said.

Co-defendants Chris Kespradit, 38, and Vincent Wong, 50, are awaiting trial.

At least on two separate occasions, Estigoy invited Kespradit and Wong over to sexually assault the woman while he was behind the camera, Zimmer alleged.

Estigoy knows the woman, but Zimmer did not want to elaborate on their relationship to protect her identity.

Estigoy used alcohol and perhaps another drug to subdue the victim before the sexual assaults, Zimmer said.

“The victim came to Anaheim police because she found videos of herself on (Estigoy’s) computer that had been uploaded online,” Zimmer said. “It was a little unclear whether he slipped something in her drink or just got her drunk, but she would up unconscious and what the defendant did was have his friends come over and while she was unconscious he would videotape the sex acts on her.”
