A fire damaged some semi trucks and construction equipment in a Santa Ana construction lot, but no one was injured.
The blaze was reported Wednesday night near the intersection of Standard Avenue and First Street, said Capt. Larry Kurtz of the Orange County Fire Authority.
The flames were knocked down in about 20 minutes, Kurtz said.
The fire also damaged a power pole and some palm trees, he said.
A person of interest was being interviewed but no arrests have been made, Kurtz said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
