A crash involving a pickup truck and at least two other vehicles on the southbound San Diego (5) Freeway in San Clemente prompted a SigAlert Tuesday morning for two lanes of the freeway.
The crash was first reported at 5:15 a.m. as a vehicle into the center divider near Avenida de Estrella and within five minutes, reports came in of a white pick-up and at least two other vehicles involved in a crash and in the center divider and carpool lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash prompted a SigAlert for the carpool and No. 1 lane of the freeway until at least 6:15 a.m., the CHP said.
No injuries were immediately reported.
