At least one person was hurt when two cars collided on the Riverside (91) Freeway in Anaheim and one person was struck while trying to run from the scene.
A black and a silver car collided on the westbound side of the freeway at the State College off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A news photographer at the location reported one person attempting to flee the scene and being struck by a car while running across lanes.
A witness called for paramedics, the CHP said. The conditions of the vehicle occupants was not immediately known.
