A 58-year-old man who was struck and killed by a big rig on a San Clemente street was identified Saturday by the Orange County coroner’s office.
James Brown of Raleigh, North Carolina, was hit by a truck at about 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 26, according to the coroner’s office. Brown was pronounced dead at the scene, coroner’s officials said.
The crash was being investigated by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
