A wheelchair-using pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in a collision Tuesday in Santa Ana.

Police were called at 7:24 a.m. to Euclid and Second streets. A motorist’s vehicle traveling northbound on Euclid approaching Second Street struck the unidentified victim who was crossing the street in a wheelchair, police said.

The driver remained at the scene and was cooperating with investigators.
