A 21-year-old woman was killed in a crash on the 91 (Riverside) Freeway early Sunday morning.
It happened just before 2:30 a.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway just west of Green River Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash involved at least two vehicles but information about what led to the accident was not immediately available.
A woman was pronounced dead at the scene and was identified as Breann Alizaga of Anaheim.
It was unclear if anyone else was injured.
The crash prompted the closure of four lanes on the eastbound side of the freeway until about 6 a.m.
