A 28-year-old Buena Park man who was killed when his car crashed into a tree in Laguna Niguel was identified Saturday by the Orange County coroner’s office.
The crash that claimed the life of Timothy Wagner took place on Laguna Niguel street at about 7 a.m. Thursday, according to the coroner’s office.
Wagner did at the scene, officials said.
The accident was being investigated by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
