Firefighters quickly knocked down a fire Saturday at a motel in Santa Ana, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at approximately 7:15 a.m. to the 1500 block of East First Street had the blaze out within nine minutes of their arrival, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
