A fire inside a second-floor apartment in Indio has been extinguished Sunday by the Riverside County Fire Department.
The blaze inside the apartment building in the 46000 block of Clinton Street was reported at 4:24 p.m., the fire department reported.
Firefighters knocked down the flames by 4:40 p.m., the department reported.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation.
