The Jan. 27 “Career Expo” will run from 2 to 6 p.m. in the resort’s Special Events Center. Gift cards will be handed out to the first 50 people to submit their applications in person, officials said.
The goal is to fill a variety of slots, including cashiers, table games dealers, chefs, servers, and floor supervisors, according to resort human resources Director Robert Silverang.
“Fantasy Springs truly values our team members and is looking to offer employment that has long-term stability,” he said. “Many of our employees have been with us for five, 10 and 20 years.”
The HR director said positions come with incentives, among which are discounts on hotel stays, employee pricing in restaurants and company holidays.
“We take great pride in treating our team members with respect and are guided by our core values of family, entertainment, professionalism and passion,” Silverang said.
The resort offers benefits packages, with medical, dental and vision insurance options, as well as job training, “competitive wages and opportunity for advancement,” according to a statement.
