A house fire sent heavy smoke into the air Monday in Palm Springs, but no injuries were reported.
The blaze was reported about 1:10 p.m. Monday in the 15000 block of La Vida Drive, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known and remained under investigation.
