A fire in a single-story home in Desert Hot Springs burned for about 25 minutes Friday evening before being brought under control.
Crews responded to the 13000 block of Caliente Drive, near the intersection of Hacienda Avenue and Palm Drive, about 9:55 p.m. and found the home fully involved with fire, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The fire was contained about 10:20 p.m., the department said.
No injuries were immediately reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
