A vehicle veered off the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway Tuesday, plunging 20 feet down an embankment, but it was not immediately clear if anybody was hurt.
The crash was reported about 9 a.m. on the eastbound freeway in Moreno Valley, east of Theodore Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported the vehicle drifted across all eastbound lanes before plunging down the embankment, requiring a tow truck to be summoned to retrieve the vehicle.
