The National Weather Service forecast for Los Angeles and vicinity on Tuesday calls for sunny skies after morning low clouds except for lingering clouds at the beaches. Highs from the mid 60s to around 70 at the beaches to the mid 70s to around 80 inland.

Tuesday night expect low clouds and fog near the coast spreading inland. Lows in the lower to mid 60s.

The forecast for Wednesday calls for low clouds and fog with patchy drizzle in the morning clearing to the beaches in the afternoon. Highs from around 70 at the beaches to the mid to upper 70s inland.

The ultraviolet index level for Tuesday is a very high 11, according to the weather service. A very high exposure level reading of 10, or greater, means a fair skinned person could suffer a sunburn in about four minutes if not protected.
