Was Southern California hot this fall? You bet.
The National Weather Service Tuesday said this was the warmest fall on record across many parts of the Southland.
“The months of September, October and November were one of the warmest, if not the warmest, on record in many locations in Southwestern California,” according to forecasters.
“Although temperatures in November were fairly close to normal in most areas, the very warm, and in many cases record warm months of September and October, were largely responsible for the positive temperature anomaly this fall.”
