The Southland will dry out from the latest El Niño-driven storm on Saturday with decreasing clouds and highs in the 60s.
The only remnant from the storm is high surf, with an advisory in effect until midnight Sunday. The surf will bring dangerous rip currents to most areas along with minor beach erosion.
The National Weather Forecast for central Los Angeles from Malibu to Long Beach calls for west winds 15 to 20 mph under partly cloudy skies. Lows overnight Saturday will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s.
Coastal Orange County will be mostly sunning with highs around 64 and light winds. Lower overnight will be 48 to 63.
