A man shot himself in the Del Rey area of Los Angeles, police said Monday.
It happened in the 4700 block of Lindblade Drive about 10:15 p.m. Sunday, said Sgt. Patricia Suarez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Station. Police said they are treating the shooting as a suicide.
The shooting apparently occurred on a lawn outside a home, a news videographer reported from the scene.
