Three men were injured during a fight in Long Beach early Sunday morning, including at least two who were stabbed, authorities said.
Officers dispatched to the 100 block of Pine Avenue at about 12:20 a.m. located two men with non-life-threatening stab wounds to the lower body and a man with non-life-threatening injuries to the lower body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Paramedics took all three to a hospital.
Police said a verbal altercation escalated into a fight.
“The suspects fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival,” the LBPD said. “At this time, no suspect information is available, and the motive for the stabbing is unknown. The investigation is ongoing.”
