The first CicLAvia event of 2025 will be held Sunday in a part of Los Angeles near USC, where 4.1 miles of streets will be closed to motorized vehicle traffic.

The 58th CicLAvia is titled “West Adams Meets University Park,” and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday on a route that connects La Brea and Vermont avenues along Jefferson Boulevard as well as Vermont between Jefferson and Exposition boulevards.

Three hubs will be filled with various activities: a West Adams Hub on Jefferson Boulevard east of LaBrea; a Jefferson Park Hub on Jefferson near Third Avenue; and a University Park Hub on Vermont, north of Exposition Boulevard. Free pedicab rides are available at each hub’s information booth.

CicLAvia is a non-profit organization that has been operating the regular street festivals throughout the Los Angeles area since 2010. The public is encouraged to explore what different neighborhoods have to offer by walking, biking or skating. Motorized vehicles, including motorized bikes and scooters, are forbidden along the routes. The next CicLAvia event after Sunday will be held April 6 in the Koreatown and Hollywood areas.
