Sheriff’s officials Saturday circulated photos of a 35-year-old man and his 2-month-old son who went missing in El Monte.

William Alexander Laster, who requires medication, and his son, William Alexander Laster Jr., were last seen at about 6 a.m. Thursday in the 3400 block of Peck Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The elder Laster was described as a 5-feet-11-inch tall Black male weighing 230 pounds with Black hair and brown eyes, with a pyramid tattoo on his left shoulder. He has a Chicago Bulls logo on his abdomen. He was last seen wearing a button-up shirt with a cat on the back, and blue jeans.

His son was described as a 1-feet-7-inch tall Black infant weighing six pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and black striped shirt, Nike pants and a Louis blanket.

The elder Laster was last seen driving a silver 2023 Nissan Murano with California license plate numbers 9HCES514.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s East Los Angeles station at 323-264-4151. Tipsters who wish to remain anonymous can call 800-222-8477 or visit lacrimestoppers.org.
