A person’s death in an unincorporated area of the Antelope Valley near Lancaster was under investigation Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau.
The death was reported at about 9 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 10th Street East and East Avenue E, north of the Lancaster city limit, according to the sheriff’s department.
The victim, whose age and gender were not immediately disclosed, was pronounced dead at the scene.
