The Los Angeles Police Department asked the public for help Saturday locating a 78-year-old Echo Park woman with dementia who has been missing for three days.
Margarita Perez was last seen at about noon Wednesday at her home in the 1300 block of North Alvarado Street, at Reservoir Street, according to the LAPD. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since, leaving her family to worry for her safety.
Perez is Hispanic, 5-feet-2 inches tall and 100 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who has seen Perez or knows where she is was asked to call the LAPD’s Northeast Station watch commander at 323-561-3211, or 911. Anonymous tips can be phoned in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
