Fire engulfed multiple U-Haul vehicles at a rental facility in Baldwin Park overnight, with an investigation into the cause underway Wednesday.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded about 11 p.m. Wednesday to a rental lot at 1889 Puente Avenue, according to a report from the scene.
The address corresponds to U-Haul of Baldwin Park, which was closed at the time the fire broke out.
Video recorded during the firefight showed at least two trucks ablaze and crews using hose streams and foam to douse the flames.
Firefighters also used power tools that sent up sparks as they cut into some of the smoldering vehicles.
