A person was transported to a hospital during a Chapman University social event early Thursday.
Orange County Fire Dispatch received a call from the university’s public safety department at 12:17 a.m. about “a person down,” a dispatcher said.
The social event was the Winter Break Undie Run from the college to Downtown Orange Circle and back. Several hundred participants braved 50-degree temperatures to take part, a news videographer reported from the scene.
An officer at the school’s public safety department said no information about any incident could be immediately released.
