
If you’re allergic to some milk products, you may want to avoid eating certain noodles for some time,
Fullerton-based Pulmuone Foods USA has voluntarily recalled three of its noodle products because they may contain milk as an undeclared allergen.
People who are allergic or have a severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious allergic reaction if they consume these products, the company’s Sean Kim said. No incidents have been reported.
This voluntary recall covers the following products:
— The 46.6-ounce size of Pulmuone Korean noodles in a savory black bean sauce with best-by-dates of 6/2/2016, 6/21/2016, 8/16/2016, 8/21/2016, 9/17/2016, 9/30/2016, 10/11/2016, 10/25/2016, 11/1/2016, 11/6/2016 and 11/22/2016;
— The 23.3-ounce size of Pulmuone noodles with fire-roasted black bean sauce with best-by-dates of 5/14/2016, 5/29/2016, 6/8/2016, 7/4/2016, 8/9/2016, 8/16/2016, 8/17/2016 and 9/11/2016; and
— The 23.3-ounce size of Pulmuone noodles with Beijing-style black bean sauce with best-by-dates of 5/14/2016, 6/4/2016, 7/16/2016, 7/26/2016 and 8/20/2016.
