A person was rescued by the Riverside County Fire Department Saturday after falling off a horse into a basin.
The incident was reported around 10:35 a.m. Saturday in the Santa Ana River bottom in Jurupa Valley. The patient was taken to a hospital by ambulance after being rescued by firefighters.
