Firefighters extinguished a 3-acre brush fire in Menifee Saturday, the Riverside County Fire Department announced.
The fire was reported around 10:35 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Dirham Drive and Tiverton Road.
Firefighters found the three acres with light flashy fuels burning at a moderate rate of spread, but contained the fire at around 11:30 a.m.
No evacuations or injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
