Firefighters knocked down a chimney fire at a two-story home in an unincorporated area near Murrieta in less than an hour Tuesday evening.
The fire was reported at 7:50 p.m. in the 18400 block Tenaja Road, where firefighters quickly found and extinguished the flames coming from in the attic, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.
No injuries were reported.
