The discovery of a fetus in Norwalk is being investigated to determine if a crime has been committed, authorities said Wednesday.
The remains were found in the 12100 block of Sproul Street around 5:55 p.m. Tuesday, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Chris Meadows said.
The remains will be examined by the coroner’s office, Meadows said.
