A 17-year-old boy was hospitalized in critical condition Friday after being shot on a sidewalk in Anaheim.
The victim was standing with friends in front of an apartment complex on the 800 block of South Dakota Street around 11:30 p.m. Thursday when one of two suspects shot him, Anaheim police Lt. Bob Dunn said.
The shooting was believed to be gang-related, Dunn said, and investigators were still gathering suspect descriptions.
