A fire damaged a two-story house in Westwood Friday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 10400 block of West Lindbrook Drive at 11:13 a.m. extinguished the flames in an hour and 15 minutes, said Eric French of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
“Extensive storage in the attic presented firefighters with access and extinguishment problems,” French said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation, French said, adding that crews remained on scene this afternoon performing salvage and cleanup operations.
A damage estimate was not immediately released.
