A victim described only as a male was shot in what may have been a gang-related shooting Monday in South Los Angeles.
The victim was shot about 5:15 p.m. in the 6600 block of Menlo Avenue, according to Officer Jane Kim of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section. He was hospitalized in unknown condition.
“It could have been a gang shooting,” Kim said.
There was no description available of any suspects, although they were believed to have been in a blue vehicle.
