Sheriff detectives asked for the public’s help Thursday to identify and locate two people who burgled a home in Arcadia.
The burglary at a home in the 9600 block of Camino Real took place at about 1:30 p.m., sheriff’s Detective Dave Butler said.
Deputies responded to a burglary in progress call from one of the residents, Butler said. The victim called the sheriff’s Temple Station in response to an alert sent from the home’s monitoring system. The suspects were also recorded by the monitoring system as they entered the house.
But the two suspects were gone from the home by the time deputies arrived at the scene, Butler said. What the burglars made off with from the home was not released by the department.
Anyone with information on this burglary was asked to call Butler at the sheriff’s Temple Station at (626) 285-7171. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477. All tips can be made anonymously.
