A man was being treated Tuesday for a gunshot wound shot he suffered at the hands of Inglewood Police, which was investigating an assault.
Juan Espinoza, 33, suffered a non-life-threatening wound when he confronted officers in the 900 block of Ash Street around 1 a.m. Monday, said Inglewood Police Lt. Gabriela Garcia. A loaded firearm was found at the scene, she said.
A man with multiple gunshot wounds was also found in the area, Garcia said. He was hospitalized in stable condition.
