Long Beach Police Monday sought public help to find a man who has groped several women in recent days.

On May 27 between 8 and 11 p.m. near Redondo Avenue and Ocean Boulevard, four women — in three separate incidents — were groped on the buttocks while they walked down the street, police said.

On Friday about 1:30 a.m., a woman walking home near Florida Street and Hermosa Avenue was approached from behind and groped on the buttocks, police said.

After each incident, the suspect walked away or ran off.

Police released a composite drawing of the man, described as Hispanic, 25-35 years old, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a “stocky” build, black/brown hair about two inches in length and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the crimes was urged to call Detective Luis Galvan at (562) 570-7368, or Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
